Let Go of The Rope
Let go of the rope
Nobody wants to let go of the rope! But we all want something new, something different, and something meaningful. Are you struggling with the mundane and secretly praying at night for a sudden shift in your life, but still clenching the rope?
Turn the tide God, shift the wind, break me free from my life of mediocrity, staleness, loneliness, routine. Maybe you have struggled with the same feelings of a loveless marriage, wayward children, dead-end job, yet the stack of bills get higher, life demands get more intense, and you just want to call it quits (but you are still clenching the rope).
Sis, let go of the rope!!
Not a new job, new children, new husband, new home, but a new YOU. But to gain, you have to let go to receive the NEW (so let go of the rope).
Sis, sip on this... “You’re blessed when you’re at the end of your rope. With less of you there is more of God and his rule." Matthew 5:3 MSG
Let me say it again- a whisper this time "Sis- it’s okay to let go of the rope". Let God rule. Let go of your thoughts, beliefs, and expectations of others. When God has a hold of you, you can only resurrect with a new heart, thought process, compassion, faith that ALL things are in the mighty control of our Father, even when you feel you have lost "Will you let go of the rope?"
"You're blessed when you feel you've lost what is most dear to you. Only then can you be embraced by the One most dear to you. You're blessed when you're content with just who you are - no more, no less." Matthew 5:4-5
Sis- take another sip
"That's the moment you find yourselves proud owners of everything that can't be bought." Matthew 5:5
"You are blessed when you're at the end of your rope. With less of you there is more of God and his rule. You're blessed when you feel you've lost what is most dear to you. Only then can you be embraced by the One most dear to you. You're blessed when you're content with just who you are- no more, no less. That is the moment you find yourselves proud owners of everything that can't be bought" Matthew 5:3-5 MSG
Your sis-
